About the founder

Natalie Juarez has been helping clients and supervisees create a healthier work/life balance as well as find greater fulfillment in life for the past two decades.
Natalie provides community workshops at schools and organizations, provides clinical supervision, and empowers clients in psychotherapy.
She co-authored a book chapter that helps mental health professionals learn how to engage Latine families with cultural humility in their clinical work.
In her spare time, Natalie continues to be active in providing social skills support and facilitating in-person and virtual opportunities for individuals and families to connect with each other.
For fun, Natalie enjoys going to car shows, carne asadas and BBQs, road trips, camping, and theme parks.

My mission is to empower clients to grow in self-confidence, using cultural humility and a strengths-based approach.
Outside of individual therapy, my mission is to support fellow therapists as they grow in their careers and pursue their professional goals.
VISION
My vision is to have a positive impact and facilitate positive change. I’m passionate in helping those I work with see their value and honor their uniqueness. My goal is to have clients learn to connect with others more effectively, be more open, and find the strength to make decisions that align with their values.
